Minutes:
1) The meeting started with Quran class by Riyas. He explained the Aaya 110 in Surthul Alu Imran.
2) Status of last week's Action items was checked.
Blog:- Polls are renabled in the blog .
Access has to be given to different co-ordinators.(Library, charity , Educational Etc)
Discussions on Library:- .
Library coordinator verified the option of using malayalam fonds and as per Anaz this can be used .
Following members has to give their list of books to library co-ordinator Fither Muhammed, Mujeeb Saithali, Iqbal & Shafeer
List of books need to be published in blog
Charity & Funds:-
Amir already reviewed the draft procedure and Iqbal has to send the same to all members for reviewing
Da'wa Ativities:-
Da'wa class is finalised on 24th Jan Insha Allah, (Speaker :-Mohammed Jamaaluddin).
Classes in educational Institutions:-
The proposed group is visited and discuss their requirements . A team is assigned to make detailed plan for this activity .

Target Date :- 2nd Feb
Public meeting .
Meeting date is tentatively planned on 17th feb 2008/24th Feb depends on the availability of speakers. Need to verify the availability of M.M Akbar(Res :- Firos) & N.M Hussain(Res :- Iqbal)
