Please find below the MOM of our last meeting. May Allah help us to do the good decisions we make, forgive us and accept all our good efforts.

Minutes:
1) The meeting started with Sajid's Quran class. He explained the Aaya in Surthul ThalaQ.
2) Status of last week's Action items was checked.
3) Since polls are closed in the blog site, it has to be reenabled. Need to inform Anaz to do the same .
4) Amir has checked the status of intimation of polls/blogs to the individuals in all companies with the corresponding company cordinators ..Status as below.

IBS:- Since shihab(Assigned coordinator ) is absent , HabeebRahman will intimate all IBS team .
CTS:- Sajid will contact his friend Shahnaz in CTS
TCS:- Shafi will send reminder mails.
Wipro:- Anaz has to come back with status
Thapasya:- Shafeer has to come back with status
Sutherland :- Amjad will collect Mail IDs/Phone numbers from sutherland for contacting. OPI :- Shafi has to come back
Poornam:- Iqbal will intimate once again
NeST :- Firos has to intimate other companies in Nest group.

5)Fither has taken copies of Quran CDs and handed over to Riyas , Library Coordinator for distribution
6)Discussions on Library . Draft plan as well as rules are almost finallised and ready for release . CD owners has to give the copyright details of the their CDs , if there is no restriction of copying it is decide to use the same in library and otherwise the owners need to check with producers and get the copyright to use in library .
For physical movement of books/CDs it is decided to post one cordinator in each company , currently amITy co-ordinator will be the library coordinator.
Library coordinator has to check with Anaz the possibility of using malayalam fonts for malayalam books /CDs in blog.
5. Accessibility in blog:-
Shafi has to give the blog access details(Names and corresponding Activities) to Iqbal for activation.
6.Charity & Funds:-
Iqbal already sent the draft procedure to Shafi to Review.. Shafi has to give the comments..
7. Da'wa Ativities:-
Amir wll coordinate Da'wa class for amITy coordinators .
8. Classes in educational Institutions:-
A group is formed leaded by Iqbal to co-ordinate the Computer training activities at Azhar Aluva . Team members :- Habeeburahman, Shafi , Iqbal
9. Public meeting . Meeting date is tentatively planned on 17th feb 2008. Other points need to discuss and finallise in the next meeting
10) Meeting ended @ 8PM with prayer by Amjad.

Polls need to reactivate in blog :- Anaz (15th Jan)

Intimation of polls/blogs to all muslims ... Responsibility shown below.. Need to finish before next meeting
